About the people

John started his career in 1999 as Sales Negotiator for a leading high street agency in Surbiton. He was promoted to Sales Director within a short period and has since gained considerable local knowledge and experience within a successful branch. John lives in Surbiton and believes his success has been down to being local and thus having a more in depth understanding of the local needs and market trends. John is currently the Branch Director for AP Homes.
Lisa's first role was in IT Sales. Her estate agency career started in 2001 as Trainee Lettings Negotiator where she won top achiever in the company for two consecutive years. Subsequently she was fast tracked to Manager in the Kingston Branch and finally Area Manager including Kingston and Surbiton. Lisa's landlords say that her success is down to her ability to build and maintain professional long term relationships. Lisa is Lettings Director of AP Homes.
Laura's first role was as a Gym Instructor. Her estate agency career started in 2004 as Trainee Lettings Negotiator in Surbiton, where she was consistently a top performer. Laura was soon promoted to Assistant Lettings Manager. Laura is Assistant Lettings Manager of AP Homes.
Pamela comes from a background in event management where she spent four years working in the motor racing industry. She joins AP Homes after two years working as a Sales Negotiator for a leading high street agency in South Kensington. Pamela is the Marketing Manager for AP Homes.
Holly first started her career working for a corporate conference and event company based in Kingston. Holly has always lived and worked locally and thus has strong local knowledge. Holly started her career in estate agency in 2007 and is currently a Lettings Negotiator for AP Homes.
Thomas started his career in 1998. He is a fully qualified decorator, carpenter and landscaper. Thomas is the Property Manager for AP Homes.
Vicky started her career working for Electronic Arts in Chertsey. She started her career in estate agency in 2005 as a Saturday assistant and quickly joined the company as a full time lettings negotiator in Kingston for a large independent estate agency. She has since changed roles and is currently the lettings coordinator for AP Homes.
Rob started his career in Customer Services for Barclays Bank in Kingston. He has always lived locally and as a house owner is more than aware of the services he expects from a good agency. Rob has a degree in Mathematics and is the Finance Director for AP Homes.
Grace started her career in 1971 as a Pharmacy Technician in East Sheen. Grace became a household name after providing a staggering 28 Years of exceptional service in the local area. Grace joined AP Homes (formerly Horizon) in 2004 and has become one of the most valued team members in the company.
